I am officially in need of a new camera. Steve tried to get me a new one last year, but I resisted. Now, the one I have is just taking too blurry of pictures. So...I am seeking advice for a good camera. I am looking for a brand, price range, why you like it, etc. Please leave a comment if you have an opinion.

If you are looking for something very simple, I recommend the any type of Canon "point and click"--like an Elf or Powershot. I've owned 4 Canon's--ranging from amateur all the way up to professional. I love Canon and recommend it to everyone. :)

I love my Rebel Xsi. I can leave it in auto mode, and it's just like a point and shoot model. I love the sport setting, which allows me to take many sport action shots. You'd love it for Shane and Sarah in sports. I can actually take night shots, and with a tripod those shots are awesome! I got the camera, starter lens, starter kit (extra battery, 4G card, UV lens, and bag for $500.
