365...Day 41
My kids love to sit in laundry baskets.
Sure we have a couch and chairs, but why would they want to sit on those? Silly kids!

365...Day 38
So, my son (age 6) reorganized my silverware drawer and called me in to assess his work. Since one of his chores is to empty the silverware basket from the dishwasher, he decided to organize it while he was at it. I had two sections alloted for spoons and forks because we have so many. He felt like we needed to move them so that they matched the shape of the organizer. OK. Now, if I could get him to sort the toys in his room into bins, life would be great!

365... Day 37
You've heard the expression, "Curiosity killed the cat"...well, it has not killed ours, YET, but man I find her in some funny places. Here she is inside the dryer, just as happy as can be.

365...Day 36
Conversations from the backseat
Shane: "Sarah, your eyelashes are really long."
Sarah: "I get that a lot."
Too funny. In my biased opinion, she does have the most amazing eyes. They have changed from the blue they once were to more multi-colored like mine, but they are still so beautiful. I could put on 3-4 coats of mascara and mine still wouldn't be as thick and long as hers are with nothing on them!

Follow the Yellow Brick Road...
So, on Steve and I's 15th anniversary trip to Los Angeles, we took the Sony Studios tour. They told us that we would get to see the yellow brick road. Since Wizard of Oz is my all time favorite movie, I was super excited. Well, here is what we saw....just a plain, black plywood floor inside a "hanger" that once held the infamous road that led Dorothy to the Emerald City. Steve snuck this picture with his phone; at least we didn't get caught doing so.

Happy Valentine's Day
Here is what my honey surprised me with for Valentine's day. They were oh, so yummy! And yes...I did share. :)
365...Day 33
My boy sure enjoys trains. Grandpa Tim brought some train things for Shane and set them up when he visited in October. Shane was very intrigued.
